This item is new and still in the box. I have not opened the sealed box so I can not guarantee the condition of the item inside the box.  From listening to the item it sounds intact.  Buyer is aware that they are purchasing an item that has not been checked for cracks, chips or breaks. Therefore, there will be no returns if there is found to be damage to the item inside the box.  If you wish to have me open the box prior to shipment to confirm the condition of the item, I am happy to do that and send pictures prior to shipment, but only after payment.  If it is found that the item inside is broken then a refund will be issued immediately.
