Incorporates leg press, hack squat, forward thrust, and calf lifts, this dedicated 2-in-1 machine is designed to accommodate athletes of all sizes. By quickly flipping the back pad and dropping the leg press footplate, users can change workouts in a matter of seconds to get back into the Leg Press position from Hack Squats and vice versa. The carriage moves on linear bearings that floats on stainless steel guide rods to properly distribute weight and create a smooth motion with very little noise. The side rail handles double as control handles and are equipped with multiple lockout positions. Includes a a comfortable back pad support adjustment and a handlebar that is right over the footplate for easy entry and exit. The over-sized foot plates encourage proper form and a diversity of foot positions to allow the leg muscles to be trained at different angles.
