Made of glazed stoneware, this beautiful blue French press from Chantal retains heat better than glass (and is dishwasher safe!).
For an easily prepared and flavorful cup of tea or coffee, simply pour hot water over grounds or loose-leaf tea, let sit for a few minutes and press the plunger down to separate the drink from the sediment. All parts dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
I love how the lid has little metal parts that grip onto the base so the lid is firmly anchored on when you pour—some other presses’ lids just sit on top and easily fall/move around, which is so annoying! This one stays on snugly—lovely. See photos.
